Black and White

As it has been a bit dull this afternoon and all my household are at the football, I thought I would get on and do some more cards.
So I decided to try out something different for me. I like the black, white and grey theme and had loads of paper left over from many projects. After tidying up my craft room yet again (got lovely new drawers from Ikea which are great for my stamp sets, inks, embossing powders etc – Alex six drawers I think it is) and sorting out all the little things, I found stuff I hadn’t realsied I kept! Oh well, I know most crafters are like that, keeping things just in case, and paper is my thing, I don’t throw any out, even little scraps…
Ok, my Gorguss Girls stamp yet again, must invest and buy more, and using the Nesties for the layers. I had seen on a blog not so long ago about lacing with jute thread so I had loads of this black thin ribbon and thought would try it without eyelets. The scalloped punches from Stampin Up are a favourite at the moment too and I have bought the stamps that go with them from Jo (Stampin-n-stuff), this Just for You is so cute, and I brought in a bit of pink with one of them with tiny pink jewels.
Hope you like them…
