One shade of Gray!
Good Morning and yeah, the sun is shining and we are on six weeks school holiday – what could be better than that, oh yes, my sister back in three days time!!!
Well, these cards are based on three colours, Whisper White, Island Indigo and Basic Gray… enough said, nearly finished book two and it is getting to be a better story (Fifty Shades of Grey that is).
I inked the flower using the rock and roll technique, used the embossing plates (textured wallpaper I think ) and one of the metal brads for a simple square card using the Twitterpated DSP …
same papers again for this card and same dry embossing then I used the scallop punch and ‘spirellied’ using the bakers twine in Isalnd Indigo and the lovely oval sentiment Happy Birthday (I use this one a lot) and lots of lovely Rhinestone. The last card out of the three I can’t seem to upload but is using more flower punches and flower dies but again the same DSP and colour combo.
So that is all for today – lets hope this sunshine is here to stay for a while, it just makes the day start so much better doesn’t it and for drying the washing – must get a wiggle on, bye for now…
